From file to bench in 5 steps

Revo Digital defines a standardized, repeatable process that starts from the intraoral scan and ends with a physical model mounted on the articulator in the same relationship recorded digitally.

From digital to analog, in the same position

Revo Digital is INHIO B.B.R.’s answer to the growing need of the modern dental laboratory to integrate the digital workflow with analog work, without losing precision when moving between the two worlds.

The system consists of three interconnected elements (the Revo Digital Bases, the I.D.E.A. Spacer Blocks and the CAD Libraries) that together make it possible to 3D print a dental model already fitted with an integrated base, position it precisely on any commonly used bench articulator, and transfer the inter-arch relationship defined digitally to the analog model exactly as it was.

The result is a plaster-free workflow: no plaster, no boxing, no manual fixing. The digital model becomes a precise physical model, ready for the articulator straight off the printer.

The 3 pillars of the INHIO Digital Workflow

The Revo Digital System is organized into three product families, each with a specific role in the workflow. The integration between the three families is what gives the system its added value.

Revo Digital.
Why choose it

In the Revo Digital System, every component is designed to work together with the others: the library generates the correct base, the base mates with the right spacer, and the spacer mounts on the articulator the technician already knows. There are no adaptations, conversions or additional manual steps.

Integrated workflow

From the CAD file to the model on the articulator, every step is part of one consistent system.

Multi-software

exocad, 3Shape, Zirkonzahn: native libraries for the most widely used CAD software in dental technology.

Made in Italy

Designed and manufactured by INHIO B.B.R. to meet the real needs of the laboratory

A concrete answer

Revo Digital was born from a real need of the technician and answers a precise functional requirement.

Advantages

Why the Revo Digital System changes the way you work.

  • 1

Digital-to-analog transfer in position. The printed physical model exactly replicates the inter-arch relationship defined in the software. There are no manual approximations when moving between the two worlds: the position is already written into the print file.

  • 2

Plaster Free: no plaster, no boxing. Eliminating plaster from model preparation means eliminating time, materials, work space and manual variables. The model comes off the printer ready to use.

  • 3

Removable dies integrated into the digital model. The pins for the removable dies are part of the 3D file: no post-print additions, no drilling, no manual repositioning. The geometry is precise and standardized by the library.

  • 4

Compatible with the articulators already in the laboratory. The I.D.E.A. spacers cover Artex, SAM, Reference and Baumann: there is no need to change instrumentation. The Revo Digital system adapts to what the laboratory already uses.

  • 5

Easy, precise and clean work. Standardizing the process reduces operator-dependent errors, shortens preparation times and produces a model of consistent, documentable quality, case by case.

  • 6

Flexibility with the Open and Low variants. The two base configurations address different needs in terms of vestibular visibility and space in the articulator, without requiring different bases for different software or articulators.
